1)Nothing new here. Still dating my boyfriend. Life is good.
2)Feeling good here. It seems my appetite is good. Have to watch that one. I don't want to gain any weight. I have to maintain.
3) My question is........ How can I fight those..."FOOD DEMONS" I try every day...... Wish me Luck!!!

Wow, I missed Hump Day!
I love Friday's! It is my favorite day. I ate junk this week. I had a donut, a piece of apricot something or other and a valentine's day cookie all in this one week. I haven't had a lot of sleep this week and I notice that when I am more tired I have a much harder time not eating junk food. Is that the boyfriend you have troubles with? I always love hearing from this group of people!

Allison, Hi there I have backed away from him for a few weeks and explained just how I felt. Things have changed, I hope for good. I think he understands that I do 'LOVE' him but I am afraid of being loved. Can you understand this? I just need a chance and it seems to be working. I know I can't change him. We both have been alone a long time. I have beeen married twice, he has never been so if he was not sooooo good to me I would be gone. It is hard to find a kind respectable and loving man like this. I am hanging in there and I see a big change in both of us.

Hi to all Dec.03 buddies....
1. Anything new? I had my gall bladder (finally) out yesterday afternoon.
2. How am I feeling? A little sore, especially in the belly button area, but overall, I'm amazed (as was the hospital staff and the surgeon) that I did so well. I didn't have to have one pain medication.
3. I wish I could help on the food demons...I do a lot of "self talk" telling myself that losing control of my established eating habits would certainly start packing on the pounds again. I have more issues with getting in my vitamins...my labs have been good with my "sporatic use" of them, but I know I need to get into a daily habit.
