.....and me, too

Two years post op exactly at 7:30 AM this morning. I had my 2 yr checkup and my surgeon was very pleased. He was excited that, even though I'm still about 10# below our projected goal, my weight has been exactly the same for 11 1/2 months. My BMI is 20 and 20% body fat. My hydration is good....my labs all great...... I just wanted to give him a big ole ((((hug)))) & My DH and I went to our favorite Mexican Restaurant (Senor Frog) and since it was warm, we ate outside. It's been a wonderful day....I give Him all thanks for my 2nd anniversary. luvitsunnyv

Happy Anniversary to my surgury date mate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my checkup on the 28th of this month. I have my bloodwork and its great. I feel wonderful. Life is great and I hope its for you also. I have been to Senor Frog in Mexico. The food was great. Enjoy life and for our blessings of a better and healthier life. Lorraine
