Hi Tray, How are you? I am happy to see you. I am also well. I am maintaining my weight loss for about 1 year now. I am at "IDEAL GOAL". I am standing at 5ft6 and weighing anywhere from 130-135lbs. I am working hard to maintain. I suffered too much as a diabetic to let myself gain. I am 5 up or 5 down.I saw your photos you look wonderful. to your new you. I am glad you are still hanging in there with us. Good luck on your new job. Take care... Lorraine

Hi Everyone! All of you look FABULOUS!!!! It is so hard to beleive we are almost two years out! I am now maintaining and I can finally now restock my wardrobe and not worry about changes in size. I wear a size 4 and that is a longs ways from the 28's and 30's I wore. I am sure it will change again once I ever have plastic surgery. I have lost 180 pounds! I feel great and know the rest of you do too. I hope to one day get the lower body lift. Luckily you can't tell I need it through my clothes. But I am sure I would feel so much better if I got rid of this skin that seems to be a separate being! Have any of you heard of "Doctors Says Yes" on the internet? It claims to get ANYONE financing on plastic surgery. If you have heard anything please let me know. I am not sure if it is legit or not. Anyways, I had to stop by and say hello and say "Great Job" to EVERYONE! Take care all of you! ~Sandy

Hello Sweet Lorraine, I am so glad to see you still here on the board. You look wonderful! What kinds of things are you eating now? I can eat pretty much anything that I want but I still don't touch sugar and I stay away from carbs most of the time. I went back on the protein shakes as I was feeling yucky after all my surgeries and felt OBLIGATED to eat more food to make sure I got in my protein. The shakes make it easier, I know I am getting what I need so don't feel that I have to stuff in more protein and get more calories than I need to get it. Keep up the good work on maintaining! Tracy

Hi Tracy, I am trying to maintain. I use that word and really mean it. I have been eating the "French Vanilla " Power Crunch Bars. They are soooooooooooooo good. Try it. I buy them at the "Vitamin Shoppe" I usually don't eat the bars I do think some of the drinks but this is the best. You really feel like you are cheating. My blood work is great and I am soon to go for my 2 year checkup. I cant believe it has been this long. Does it seem that long to you also. Take care and great seeing you Lorraine

Lady you are Hootchie Mama!! WOW!! How do you all do it? I mean you are all so skinny!!! I'll bet not one of you eat 1000 calories a day, do you? I eat easity 1500, no problem. But, at least its healty calories. For the most part that is. I read, 99lbs, size 4, loosing 159+lbs. Wow. You all have done so great. THere are a few of us who haven't done so well, but at least we're healthier, if not skinny. Nona

Hello Miss Noni!! You look great! Don't worry about a "GOAL." If you feel better, that is all that matters! You have extended your life and are much more healthy! You did great! 99 pounds and a size "0" is just right for ME. Where you are is right for YOU! I don't count calories any more but I'll pretty much bet most days it is well over 1000! If I see the scale climbing, I take a few days break from my "junking." Old habits die hard, I still love the food! Take care! Tracy
