Happy Tuesday to all.
Hi to all my friends here. I know you guys are out there, just busy with your lives. I am fine and had a great July 4th. I worked, came home and watched the fireworks from my porch. Food was such an issue. It seems I can eat so much more, so I have to be careful to makes good choices. What a struggle this food thingy is. I guess it will be with me until well.....I don't know when. Everywhere at work people were bringing in food. I ate alot of protein and stayed away from the carbs.
My question to you is...
When the holidays come around and lots of food is there, more than the usual how do you behave yourselves. I need
Have a great day and please post so I know I am not alone ......

I did TERRIBLE this 4th of July. I ate FIVE of these little cheesecake squares and wanted more. I love cheesecake. I should never had eaten even one, because once I tasted it I wanted more. I have tasted good things before, but I am usually good about just taking a tiny bite of one of my kids, or if I cut cake, I like the icing off my finger...but this was bad news. Also, I was walking in the 90 degree heat and got thirsty and my daughter gave me some ice tea and I drank it down fast because I was thirsty and felt sick, really sick after, and realized that I never even CONSIDERED that it had sugar... just thought about how thirsty I was. So I went home and layed down for awhile and didn't go to any fireworks.
Sometimes, food doesn't seem important at all. Othertimes, it is HUGE!

Hello everyone
We went camping for the 4th and camping is just not camping without SMORES. Eeegggadddd, I did indulge. It is so scarry that I can really eat anything now. Too much sugar and I don't feel well, but not true dumping, so my little tool does work. But I agree, everyday is a struggle and probably always will be for me.
I have been maintaining 117-119 for the last 5 months or so. I had all my blood work done last week and everything is perfect I was really happy about that, must mean that my vitaimis and protien drinks are working.
I have a million things to do this week to get ready for my BL on the 11th. I am so excited and ready to be done with my "transformation". I have never had perky boobies, even as a teen so I can not wait to see what they will look like.
Have a wonderful July
