calorie info needed

I am 18 months out and am getting in about 1000 to 1200 calories a day. What do you get in a day? I started at around 375 pounds and lost down to 246 ponds and have been there for about 7 months any help please? I get all my vitamins and protein in and eat the good food thanks everyone For the help tom

Hi there Thomas, How are you? I really don't count calories. I eat very few carbs, infact I think in 18 months I probably have not eaten bread but 3 or 4 times. I am not innocent, I tend to eat and snack on crackers and some animal cookies. I don't eat pasta or can tolerate rice. I had my RNY on 12/15/03. I started my journey at 245 lbs and now I am weighing between 130-135 pds. I have been at "GOAL" I was wearing a size 26/28 and now I am wearing a size 6/8. LIfe is wonderful. You sound like you are doing great,getting all your vitamins and proteins in. I would increase your water and try some exercise. I ride my bike. I have bad knees so walking is a bit much for me. I get around well,but straight walking on the boardwalk tends to hurt these old knees. Your weight loss is fantastic. to you and your hard work. Keep on enjoying and living life. Lorraine
