Hi there to all my friends here on this Message Board, I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday. Oh god here we go....."The Food " There will be a barbacue at my best friends house. We celebrate my "NANAS" birthday every year. She has been a mom to me since I lost mine at a very young age. She will be 83. I love her dearly. Thios party will take place upstate. It will be on Sunday. My girlfriend has installed an outdoor hottub and told me to bring a bathing suit. Oh God. I will be there, I don't know about the bathing suit thing. Enjoy your holidays and do try,as I will also, I said TRY, to eat the right stuff.I think I will stick to salads, I usually do well with that. Lorraine
