How is everyone doing?
I am fine. I am fighting everyday the "Food Demons"
1) Are you guys fighting those demons as much as I am?
Yes, again I say I am fighting this all the time.
2) What is the best way to deal with these feelings?
I try to drink lots of water and watch those carbs. They go down so well.
3)What are your weekend plans?
I will be working so its just another weekend for me. Next weekend is the Memorial Day holiday and I go upstate to be with family.

Boy, do I. But I think I've found something natural that helps. At least it does me. I've read an article, several, in fact, that tell that obese people have very little seratonin. That controls the carb cravings. I found a vitamin, 5-HTP, that makes your body produce natural seratonin. Since I've been taking it, I sleep better, (I am a terrible sleeper), and have been able to stay away from sweets and white flour a whole lot better. Now if I can just control the portions, I'd be rockin'. I can easily eat 8 oz of fish, and a serving of veggies, with a hand ful of pork rinds for crunch, with no problem.

Keeping busy, busy, busy.
3)What are your weekend plans?
To put up paneling in our living room, clean my daughters house, clean mine, and get ready for houseguests next weekend.
