I never reached my goal, and won't ever. I can eat a regular meal size. 4oz of meat, 1/4 a potato, and a veggie or salad. And, a while later, a s/f low fat ice pop/ice cream. I eat three meals a day, and one snack, about 1200 calories. And no exercise. So the weight stays on. What can one do? Nona

Hi there Nona, I am sure you will get to your goal, or near it. I think that as overweight people we ate much more than 4 oz of meat and 1/4 of a potato. We are now eating normal portions. To me its very important if I don't lose that I can stabilize. You will be fine Nona. Remember we are human. Keep up your great work girl to you Lorraine
