I AM BACK THANK
Hi to all my friends
I miss all you guys. to all of you. Here is the story...
My daughter moved out and took her computer. I had to buy a new one and straighten out my account. I could not log on.
I hope to find all of you guys doing well. Diane, I missed those angel posts of yours.
I have lost a total of 115pds. I now weighing 133-135 pds. Up and down but not coming under 130. I started at 245 lbs and I am thankful to be healthy and feeling well.
Eating is much better for me. Digesting meat is something I can do now. Those crunchies unfortunately go down well. That part of staying away from them is hard.
Let me know how you guys are also with your weight loss and please post and say HI ' I MISS YOU GUYS"
Take care................. Lorraine to all
Hey Girl!! It's good to see you again. May I ask why your daughter moved out?
Mine walked for the first time without a walker. Five whole steps!! I am so happy for her.
My weight is the same, between 191-194. For about 8 months now. I guess it's the end of the loss for me. But I am healthy and fit, for the most part.
How's the love life? Is it moving forward with your new love?
Nona
Hi Nona, Good to hear from you My daughter is going to be 29 om October. I think it was time for her to go. She could not deal with the "New Me" or the fact that I had met someone.I tried to tell her I was the same MOM inside just looked different outside. I dedicated my life to raising her she seems to be very selfish.I hope that in the future our relationship will get better. These are her issues. I have no remorse of not doing the right thing in raising her to be a great girl.
I am glad to hear your daughter is walking a few steps. How wonderful
The love life is great. I really am enjoying someone in my life. It soon will be 6 months since we met.
Take care of yourself....Lets keep posting.OK?
Lorraine
Hello Lorraine!
I love new computers! I have 2 computers, thank Goodness, because my husband's crashed and now he is on one of mine all the time.
My oldest daughter's baby was back and forth in the hospital but now she is doing well.
My second daughter is moving out next weekend and it is going to seem strange without her and Livy, my 15 month old grandbaby. I am trying not to be sad.
Worst of all, there is a company trying to buy up all the houses on our street. I have lived here since I was married and planned to stay here until my husband retired in 8 years. The company is offering very little money for our house and we will not be able to afford to buy a house that is comparable to ours. One of our neighbors called the local news because they offered him little money also, and they came out and did a story on us, talking about the unfair prices. To top it off, the city called us a BLIGHTED area, just because we have septic tanks here! It all makes me feel insecure.
I haven't lost weight in a long long time. I still work out 5 days a week. I am hoping with the nicer weather things will pick up.
Take care!
Welcome back Lorraine............I think all of us " '03 Decemberites" have been busy and a little less on line these days. I hope we can pick up speed again. Glad you have a new computer. I'm ready for at least a new monitor........a flat, slim one.
I'm working full time and going to school and I think I'm getting burnt out.
I've got to decide which is a priority and concentrate either on work or school.(That's a lot of activity for a 55 yr. old grandma!) I'm not able to spend much time exercising and that saddens me.....even with the time change and more evening daylight time. When I'm tired I don't feel like eating and I simply can't afford to lose anymore.(weight is at 118-120). Sorry, didn't mean to whine............
I'm happy Nona that your daughter has taken some steps with the aid of her walker. I bet you were as proud or prouder of these steps that when she first learned to walk. You continue to be in my prayers.
