Oh, My Goodness Ladies and Gentlemen.....I thought I was invincible I have never dumped and I have tried my share of sweets, just little bits at a time, but never-the-less sugar has not bothered me....until last night. I made a great prime-rib dinner for my family and served Cherry Cheese Cake for dessert. I was comfortable after my dinner and did not have any cheese cake until about 2 hours later. One tiny piece (maybe 4 bites) and I thought I would die My heart was going 100 miles per hour, my head hurt, my little pouch was cramping and I was in the bathroom throwing up. Once I got back to my bed all I could do way lie there curled up with my eyes closed wishing the pain away. Don't know how long it took me to fall asleep, but this morning I feel fine. I guess, I was getting a-little ****y about "I can eat a bit of anything" attitude and needed a reminder. And did I get one Hope everyone is having a Good Day!!! Kimberly...who just might stick to water and portien drinks today

Kimberely, Oh my goodness....glad to here you are doing ok. I have never dumped but did have a close call. I had had a bite of a sugar cookie then ate a pudding and I got the shakes! I stopped eating b/c I did not know what was going on. I concluded it was too much sugar. Its amazing....sure does put some fear in you! Take it easy today and good work on the weight loss. I see you are going for a TT! WOW how great I am in the process of trying to get my approved. I have 2nd consult with another PS in March. I think I need a LBL....my rear end is flat! Not to mention all the air is out of my breast....if it was not for a bra I would look like my grandma! take care...Karie -130

Hi Karie I was going for a TT but also had a 2nd consult with my PS on Monday and we have decided to go for the LBL too. He said he would just do the TT if I wanted, but that he felt I'd be much happier with the LBL as my fanny is flat as a board and nothing but wrinkles at the bottom. We also talked about my pancake boobies. I had planned on just a lift, but there is very little breast tissue left so we will be adding a 300cc silicone implant to fill them out a little. Since we are doing the LBL we will break the proceedures up. LBL on March 22nd and Breast lift w/aug in June. Again, he said he would do both at same time if I really wanted, but that he felt that I'd get better results in 2 surgerys. Plus that gives me more time to save $$ and not come up with all the $$ at once. I wish you the best of luck with insurance approval. I have an HMO and they won't even touch reconstructive surgery so I am self pay. For $20K I hope to look AMAZING. Let us know how your PS quest goes Kimberly

Sounds awful and it's a good reminder! glad you are doing better. Good luck with your plastic surgery. I have a while to go before I consider that. I have no $$$ so hopefully insurance will pay for some of it.

I still throw up, depending on what food I just ate. One thing Ive learned is that I can NOT for any reason eat any type of Fried Potato. A small hashbrown from burger king and i am in the bathroom gagging for the next 5 minutes. I however have never had any problems with sugar itself. I have had problems with chocolate though, i cant stand chocolate now. Hope you feel better, and stay away from that evil cheese cake stuff. If you ever get in the mood for anything salty, try fat free sour cream and onion pringles, only 70 calories in 15 chips and it gets rid of that salty/crunchy craving. Jessica
