Hi , me again ?
So last nights happy hour dragged on a bit ...I ate a few appetziers-
2 jalapeno poppers, 2 hot wings and I picked at probably 10 nacho chips, not a very good supper..oh, i forgot to mention the 3 bud lights..
today I will stick to healthy eating and worked out for like 1 1/2 hours..
B- Balance bar
L- cottage cheese, peach
D- fish and broccoli
sn- yogurt
Todays question- What steps do you take in your daily routine to overcome that biggest challenge? (see yesterdays question)
Me- I have an empty 20 oz. Dasani water bottle that I put 3 elastics around at the beginning of the day- every time I polish off a bottle I remove 1 of the elastics.. No more elastics and I'm done ..

Hi there Elaine, I was bad today toward the evening. The days are prety good.
B- Atkins Advantage Drink....Lots of coffee
L- Light and Fit Yogurt
Snack-4 chunks sharp cheese,4 crackers
D- Stuffed cabbage
Snack- 10 crackers
Snack Again-butter cookies about 4
Lots of water and Crystal Light
Those carbs

I try not to bring those carbs in the house. I tend to eat alot of them when I get to work. I might just start bringing another PROTEIN DRINK WITH ME.

I was bad wednesday too. I ate a piece of Kringle and a half a donut. I have religiously stayed away from donuts for a year and a half now because I know it is a trigger food for me. But I gave in Wednesday. I am back on track the past 2 days though - I try to drink a lot of fluids when I get the urge to eat when I know I shouldn't. It usually works. Yesterday I ate carrots for a snack when I really wanted chips. Yeah for me!
