Todays Food-
B-2 egg omelet
L- cheddar, whole wheat ritz crackers, and a diet pepsi
s-balance bar
D- Happy Hour (uh oh) (i'll 'fess up later)
What is your greatest challenge with weight loss/control at this time ?
Mine- getting in the water I'm supposed to..

B- Atkins Advantage drink...Lots of Coffee
L- A few chunks of sharp cheese, 3 Melba Toasts
D- Stuffed Flounder.... I picked the stuffing out. Got too full
Snack- Animal Crackers
Lots of water and Coffee
What is your greatest challenge with weight loss/control at this time ?
CARBS, CARBS, CARBS...... They go down so well

Kimberly here...always a day late, but here none-the-less
Breakfast: 2 mocha protien drinks w/ coffee and SF vanilla syrup
Snack: 1/2 bag of popcorn
Snack: 1 cheese stick w/ whole wheat crackers
Lunch: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1oz turkey, 1 slice bacon with mayo
and sprouts
Snack: 5 tootsie roll minis *1 serving is 12 rolls* Great way to get my
little chocolate fix without overdoing it
Dinner: 1 flour tortilla w/2oz chicken, lettuce, cheese and sour cream
2T spanish rice
60oz of water, crystal light
My biggest challenge is to stop loosing weight by adding some extra calories, yet NOT gain. I am terrified of gaining weight.
