Monday,Monday...
Hi Dec. folk,
I'm sure it's quite boring reading about anothers food intake for the day, but I really need the accountablility.. so here's my list for today
B- balance bar
L-5 saltines, cheddar cheese and an apple
D-Chicken, vegie and cheese quesidilla
s- blueberries topped with yogurt and kashi crunch cereal (yummy, try it)
And I also have a question of the day for us..
How many of you plan your meals in advance, and do you find you have more success when you do? As for me , I usually try to have a food plan in place and I do find I eat better when I do have a plan
Hi Elaine...Yes I do try to plan my breakfast and lunches ahead of time beacause of my crazy work schedule. I always have something ready b/c if not I notice i get dizzy if I dont eat or drink.
Looks like you are doing great on your food. I know somedays I feel like I am eating too much. It does give me a scare but I know to keep myself in check.
Keep up the great work...Karie

Hi there Diane, How are you? I don't find it boring reading the other food intake posts. They give me great , I have been busy, but I try to write down some of them. To be honest I don't count calories. I eat very little carbs and concentrate on my veggies and proteins. I have begun to drink my Atkins Advantage drinks again.
Here is the answer to your question Diane,
How many of you plan your meals in advance, and do you find you have more success when you do?
I work in the hospital on 3-11 where no meals are available in the evening. They closed the cafeteria. I plan my meals in advance and bring them. I am now enjoying Lean Cuisines. I love the Glazed Chicken. I eat 2 of them. I take off the rice and just eat the chicken. Like I said I keep the carbs at a limit.I think I do have much more sucess when I plan these meals
It looks like you are doing great with your menus. Keep up your great work and keep posting. to you!

My 2nd consult with my PS was great. I am down 25lbs from the 1st time I saw him and we have decided to go with a LBL in March, then the BL with 300cc silicone implants 6-12 weeks later. I am so excited
Have a wonderful day!! Kimberly
