Hi, December friends, Wanted to see what people were eating today ? As for me B- 2 egg omelet s- 10 pretzels and 1 oz low fat cheddar, 1/2 apple D- hamburger (no bun), cole slaw s-graham cracker with pnt butter What did you have today ?

Hello all Today has been a wierd food day for me Breakfast: 2 protien drinks w/coffee and SF vanilla syrup 5:00am **every day for about 10 months now** 1:30pm: small handful of corn tortilla chips 1 bite turkey sandwich 3:00pm: 1 bite of son's doughnut 3:30pm: 1 dill pickle 5:00pm: 1/2c peanuts, 1/3 of 1 slice of cheese pizza (4 whole bites ) Ick...where's the protien, veggies or fruit Kimberly, promising to do better tomorrow

Sad to say but I was not a good girl today. Breakfast - Cafe con leche w/2 splenda Lunch - Small fresh Apricot 2 sugar free cookies Dinner - Stuffed shell w/ricotta cheese small green salad (ate about 1/2) It was a busy and long day at work. TGIF! LuvitsunnyV8-0

Let me see.... Prebreakfast - cup of coffee Breakfast - yogurt Lunch (late) - hamburger (ate it all except 2 bites) Snack - no snack was at the drs office w/son Supper - baked pork chop, cabbage, corn salad and broc & cheese rice Rhonda 225/145/130

Hi Elaine, I am so glad you picked this up for me. The day or two after I posted my idea for this thread I came down with bronchitis and have been in bed for the last week. This morning I am feeling a bit better and had over 100 e-mails (mostly junk). Again, thank you for picking this up for me. For the last week my eating has been terrible and my fluid intake was at an all time low. I just wanted to sleep. Yesterday (friday) I was feeling better and my appetite was back with a vengence: B: coffee (20oz) with half and half and sugar protein shake mixed with 10oz. of low fat milk. L:single (no bun) burger with cheese and half of a small fry more coffee (8oz) cream and sugar D:small section of a chicken quesadillia with about 3 tbs. of beans and 3 tbs. of spanish rice....oh ya, and about a handful of chips. I had most of my water intake (64oz) and did not exercise. I have not exercised in over a week since I got sick. I guess I get the award for the most calories eaten in a day huh? I feel like such a pig. I will post with todays food as well.
