Daily Food and Exercise Commitment.. anyone care to join me?

It's been forever since I actually started a thread...
I do check in every day to see what's happening with all of us..
Anyway- I had responded to Diane's post re- a daily food log...I shared my struggle of maintainance as well as hunger pangs (mostly head hunger)..
I wanted to log in my food and exercise plans for the day, just to be accountable to someone other than me-
B- balance gold bar
L- green salad topped with chicken, 1 T low fat blue cheese dressing
s- yogurt
D- chicken, broccoli, stove top stuffing (1/2 cup)
s- oatmeal w/ 1/4 c raisins...
exercise- 40 minutes of circuit training @ 10AM

I have been very bad today. I haven't been feeling well due to a bad reaction to a med and haven't eaten much, so I went and screwed it up eating very bad today.
am shake
b-fast: 2oz chicken, 1/2 oz low fat cheese on a low carb wrap
snack: apple with pnut butter
ok, so where did I mess up? Here: after the apple, I ate 4 tootsie mini rolls dipped in peanut butter. I had the 'chocolate need'. and went for it full force.
LuncH: 3oz fish 1/4 c rice and a plum tomatoe
snack: shake
don't know what supper will be, probably chili. Got some leftover in the 'fridge and I don't feel like cooking
