What did you eat yesterday??
Thanks to Diane for the idea I thought I'd start a thread for today. It is only 9am here so maybe we can use yesterdays foods to give us all a good idea where we are .
Breakfast: 2 protien drinks, mixed w/coffee and SF vanilla syrup
Snack: 1/2c corn pops cereal w 1/4c milk
Lunch: chedder cheese (1-2oz??) whole wheat crackers, pickle spears
Dinner: 2oz steak, 1/2 small baked potato w/cheese, 1T broccoli
Snack: 2 bites cookies n'cream ice cream.
I also drink 80-100oz of water, propel or crystal light each day. Yesterday was way high on carbs, usually much less for me.

Yesterday I didn't feel well, so here's my menu
am:shake
b-fast:shake
snack:1/2 pear
lunch:1/2 cup broccoli
snack:shake
supper:1/2 cup broccoli and a sf/ff ice cream
Tons of water
Today, so far
am Shake
b-fast:protein chips, only 2 carbs from Beta Foods. Not bad, either and 16 g of protein.
snack: low carb yogurt
lunch: 3oz fish and 1/2 slice toast
snack: will be a shake at 3:30
Don't know what supper will be. Probably another shake, as the fish didn't set well. If I feel better, then it will be 2oz chicken and 1/2 cup green beans.

I really don't count calories. I eat very low carbs,lots of protein.
Breakfast..... Protein shake, Lite and Fit Yogurt, Lots of Coffee
Lunch..........4 slices turkey breast,2 melba toasts
Dinner......... 2 Lean Cusines..... I eat the Glazed Chicken and take off the Rice
Snack...........1 mini pack Animal Crackers
Late Night......1 Navel orange
I drank about 64 oz water.
How did I do.
I am still holding down between 130-133 pds in my weight .

Lunch 1/2 chimichanga with chicken and beans
Snack not sure right now
Supper baked pork chop, cabbage and another veggie not quite sure yet
I need to get more protein in my day. I went to the store today and got me some carbcountdown yogurt and some more of my liquid protein from GNC. I just wish I could find something different. I get tired of tuna and chicken. I heard that deviled ham is good. I might try that.

My usual day is
Cafe con leche w/splenda on my ride to work.
Breakfast is cooked oatmeal (no salt) w/splenda
1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch (Thursday) was 1/2 veggie burger (no bread) & 1/2 baked
sweet potato, 1/3 cup green salad.
Dinner was a small Wendy's chili w/cheese.
Snack: Dannon lite and fit Yogurt smoothie - peach flavor.
I like to get in a banana a day (now that I can eat them again) for the potassium.
I have to weigh every day and the digital scale is across from my office.
I have kept a daily log of my weight since I started work 1/6. I have gained and lost the same two pounds -- which is okay. I just don't want to lose more. (5'5" @ 118 lbs.)
