WEll, it has happened!
I have gained 2 pounds and I am mad! I have not lost anything in several months now and which way does the scale move...UP!! It is my own fault I know. I have not been walking like I should since it has turned chilly. I just can't warm up. Do you think I should get my iron rechecked? I know that I need to get back to the basics! I have also been fighting the dreaded "head hunger". I hate that. I have 3 small kids so there are snacks in the house. I try to get things that they like and I hate but sometimes I even give in to that.
OK OK FOCUS!!! BASICS!! I know what to do...just got to do it!

Hi there Rhonda, How are you? Don"t be so hard on yourself for those 2 pounds. Just think about what you have lost. I don't think your weight gain has anything to do with your iron levels.It must be very hard with kids in the house and all those snacks.Try to keep some cheese in the house or some raw veggies.This is not an easy battle for us. I have a very addictive personality so it is with me every day.
Good Luck to you girl. We must fight this addiction and try to enjoy our new lives and don't worry about those 2 lousy pounds. It will be off in just a few days. Life is too short not to enjoy.

Rhonda....relax you are doing great. Our bodies can flex like 4-5 pounds so dont get down on yourself. Just get control and realize you are human. Don't focus on those 2 pounds...you are so much healthier now and those 2 pounds will drop. I can vary myself like 3-4 pounds and it can be a scary thing for us b/c we fear we have lost control but it is normal!
