my New Years resolutions

I promised myself I would start exercising . Even though I have lost 129 pounds and am close to goal I haven't exercised so I am still out of shape. So far I have been doing water aerobics called aquabox, it's like kickboxing in the pool and a class called wave run where you basically just run back and forth up and down the pool. I also am taking a jazzercise class that's a lot of fun. I am at the Rec center almost 3 hours a day 5 days a week, I am determined to get fit and toned, I want to go down 1 more pants size. I figure if I take classes I enjoy it will be easier to stick with it. It's only been 5 days so far but that's the most I've exercised in the last 6 years! I will probably try the weight room here soon to try to build some muscle, maybe speed up my metabolism, it's sssooo slow, if I eat a few extra calories it shows up on the scale. Hopefully my family will get used to me being gone so much, it's a lot easier to keep with it when I have support instead of complaining and them saying mom, you're leaving again, you went yesterday, do you have to go again, what about us what are we going to do we're bored, aren't you going to be home for dinner? I guess they will get used to it sooner or later. Kelly

Good for you Kelly. You should be proud of yourself...keep up the good work and stay positive! I need some toning myself. Its hard to fit it in with our busy life. Here's to a good year in 2005 Karie -125
