1-year today - Lost 189 lbs

Today is the day and I have lost a total of 189 lbs since surgery. I weigh 158 lbs, have a NORMAL BMI and am the happiest girl alive!! Losing 189 lbs has far exceeded my expectations and I am extremely pleased. I now start the next phase of this glorious journey - plastic surgery. I have met with a few plastic surgeons and will meet with one more at the end of this week and then make a decision. During the course of the year, I will have a LBL, thigh lift, arm lift and breast lift/augmentation. I am told that I will lose 8-10 pounds of skin/fat from my LBL. Hope you all are doing great - seeing the one-year totals come in are amazing. You all have done extremely well. Keep up the great work. Kim 347/158

Thanks Diane. You are so sweet and I appreciate your kindness and friendship. I'll let you know about the plastics. My last appt is on Friday with a PS in New Jersey who is supposed to be very good and less expensive than those in the City. We'll see! Take care, and hope you are doing well.
