One Year Today

Oh, what a year it's been too! I started school, got a new job/s, and suffered through my husbands job loss. The only difference is....oh about 200 lbs. of weight. !!!! I started my journey at 393 lbs. in Nov.02. I had my surgery one year ago today at 336 lbs. I woke up and weighed in this morning at 195.5 lbs. !! for a total loss of an amazing 140.5 lbs. since surgery and a whopping 197.5 lbs. from my highest weight! I could not feel more positive, confident, and completely elated about how much my quality of life has changed. I am still getting to know the new me, but am feeling more and more comfortable with myself as time passes. I cannot express enough how much my wls family here means to me. I am truly grateful for all your support, love, prayers (when needed), and unconditional friendship. Thank you all !!!! Happy Anniversary to all of us!!!! Diane

You have done VERY VERY WELL and should extremely proud of yourself. You weigh 195.5 - how awesome is that!?!?!?! A total loss of 197.5 is amazing, simply amazing. I am so happy for you. Diane, Congrads to you girl. I have not been on, I am kind of busy with this XMAS thingy. I am so proud of you girl. It is an amazing weight loss and a great journey you have made. I am so proud to be part of your WLS family.I bought an to hang on the mirror of my car and I thought of you. As time passes we will get used to the new us. I see her now.
