Hi Candice,
At this point in time, we can usually eat pretty much any variety of food. For me, it is a lot of veggies, a little fresh fruit, my protein, usually chicken or fish, very little beef, and some pork, if it's very lean. I eat only whole grain bread, and not much of that, Triscuits, and indulge, probably too much, in sugar free chocolate after lunch or dinner. I try to keep my calories around 1100, shooting for 1000 or less. I exercise mostly on the weekends, with some weight training and scrunches during the week. My weight is stable at around 198, making my loss about 101lbs, with 6 dress sizes gone, sometimes 7, depending on the cut. I eat 3 meals with one small pm snack and do ok. And I take a multi vitamin every day. Hope that helps.

Whatever you do, don't panic. I was 368 lbs., am one year out today (Dec. 8). I have lost 175 lbs. and am stuck at 193. I thought I would never get below 200. I did. So be patient keep on doing as you have been. Now I'm losing approximately 2-3 lbs. per month, but I'm still losing. I hope to get to 160 as well. I spoke with a nutritionist who was my Jr. High gym teacher and a friend. She said, that after a year it will slow down alot. You should be losing no more than 4 lbs. per month and eating approximately a cup at meal times. Calorie intake should be around 1000-1200 per day. You have to burn 3500 calories to burn 1 lb. of fat. So moderate exercise and our diets should take care of it. She told me if it takes me another year to lose these 30 lbs. that would be great.
So, "CHILL, and pat yourself on the back!", as she said. We have done a great job.
Hope this was some help.
