One Year

Well, one year has passed for me. I updated my profile here, and as soon as I get them developed, a new picture. Not that it looks much different, but its' one year out. I spent most of the weekend in bed, sick. Fibromyalgia. I hurt so bad, I just stayed in bed. Sleep is the best medicine for it anyway, and I haven't been sleeping well. My weight is the same between 197-199. Back and forth it goes. I sure would like to loose another 25lbs, but, well, I guess it's not going to happen. I'm in a 16 with a lot of 14's, depending on the cut, so that sure is better than a 28-30. My health is good, for the most part, and the Zelnorm works great. No more tummy troubles in that area. Still get gas that's unreal, and Phazyme and other gas meds don't touch it, but I can live with that. NOt sure if Joe can. Nona

Happy anniversary Nona. I know you haven't reached your "goal" but look at how much your life has improved health/weight wise. And it's a lot more fun shopping now since you are in smaller sizes! Just keep up with the exercise and calorie counting, more weight is bound to come off eventually. Take care, and enjoy!

Hi Kim, Yes, shopping is so much nicer. Especially when I have to get something smaller than I thought I'd need. Even if no more comes off, I am much better off now. Nona

Sorry this comes so late.....I have had a house full of sickies and haven't been on the puter much!!! You are a wonderful gal.....I am so glad we have been able to kinda go thru this journey together! You have had to endure a lot more than most of us, and you still did great and are here posting!!!! I am glad your tummy is all better! As for the gas, well tell Joe to light a candle or something......lol!!!! Take Care of yourself and Congrats on the year anniversary and your SUCCESS!!!!
