Thought I would never get under 200. I'm one year out today. Lost 175 lbs. hoping to lose 30 more. Wish me luck. It has slowed down so much. I now weight 193. My prayer, as I told Sandra, may not mean much, but I'll be sending them anyway. Hang in there.
