Down another pound.......
I know you've probably already considered this but...have you upped your calorie intake? Reduced your exercise? My doctor even told me to start slowly adding more fat to my diet. Of course as he said that I had a horrifying look on my face. He told me it was time to begin eating normally again...of course protein first....that is forever but to start adding in those carbs.
I am 3 pounds from his goal and finally made the century club but I have seriously cut down my exercise (per his orders) I only do it 3 times a week for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours each time. I hope things work out for you!
