Daily Inspiration

I did fairly well last week...I exercised everyday alternating nights with weights and cardio, I mixed 1 tsp. of Slenda with 1 tsp. of real sugar for the first couple of days then went to straight Slenda. I am still getting used to the taste and still crave the real sugar. I am now 2 lbs. away from 200 lbs. tomorrow is my 11 mos. anniversary, so I'm hoping the scale will move 2 lbs. by then (yea, right). Cutting back on the carbs to 40-50 grams a day has been very hard, but I am seeing the results!! Thanks so much for your input and advise Thanks for your support too.
