Eleven months
Hi all,
Well, tomorrow will be eleven months for me. And four months with the scale and tape measure reading the same. No changes. The bad news is I found I can eat a small amount of sugar. I was craving chocolate so badly, I ate 4 mini's yesterday. I did get a little crampy, but not like I used to. Would have preferred to get real crampy, but I didn't. Not a good thing. So I moved the candy dish out of my sight. As long as I can't see it, I'm fine. It sits on my desk at work. At home the candy for the DH is in the back of a cupboard, so I don't see it. I do have some sf chocolate at home, but not here at work. Maybe I should? My tummy troubles have been solved, at least for now. I go tomorrow for the second Mamm to check for the 'irregurlarity' they found on the first, then I go see the specialist and discuss my options. My test results came back from the smear and no active cancer cells were found in the drainage, but my PCP still thinks it is a form of non-malignant cancer in a mammary duct and it should be removed. Non malignant is a good thing. I had basal cell melanoma on my shoulder and had that removed with no problems and no reoccuring, so I'm hoping the same with this.
I just wish I could get my calories down below 1200 a day. But I get so hungry if I go that low. Anyone have any ideas?

Girl, if you get some ideas, I will be glad that you did. My scales have yet to move either. I have really upped my protein. I have even gone to taking that liquid stuff (proteinex) that they gave me when I came home from the hospital.
I wish you luck on the mam tomorrow. They found irregularity on my Mom and boy that will scare the fire out of ya!

Hi there Nona, I am glad you are ok and no cancer cells were found. I get very sick when I try to eat chocolate. I can eat hard candys and lolllipops fine, I try not to keep those things in the house. I really don't keep track of calories. I don't have any patience for it. I must be doing something right I"m at "GOAL". I just keep the carbs at a limit.
I am still sittng at -110 pds. I started at 245 lbs and I bounce back between 132 lbs and 135 lbs. I am very satisfied with this. I just try to eat more protein and still enjoy my protein drinks.
