I purposely bought candy I didn't care for so I wouldn't be tempted....but wouldn't you know the girls brought home loads and loads of candy that I adore!!! Plus we have an awesome neighbor who made the girls cute little baskets filled with candy, and she brought those over on Saturday, again filled with my faves.....I do not dump on small amounts of sugar, so I found myself having little candy bars all day long We had a bonfire with pizza...the women sat around the fire passing out candy and we made the men take the kids around the neighborhood, I had a great time...but it is hard to enjoy yourself when feeling so guilty! I am promising to do better today~NO CANDY!!! It is a yucky gloomy rainy day, so after my coffee I am having a warm protein drink! Protien train for sure the next couple days! Jesi, Hi there sweetie, You are human, so don't be so hard on yourself. You had a great day and that is what is important. You had a great time with your family. Today is a new day. I think if we don't feed into our cravings once in a while, we will go completly out of control when we do. I did not feel bad at all about having a bit of lemon meringue pie. Oh Jesi~, sweetie, don't beat yourself up...I am sure there are more then a few of us, myself included, who got off track yesterday. Today is a new day and if I can start off with slenda in my coffee, then anyone can get back on track today, lol. Here's to a new day Diane

You are not alone Jesi!! Throughout the day yesterday I had 5 fun-size crunch bars, 3 mini halloween chocolate cupcakes and 5 fun-size whopper packs. I also had a protein shake if that counts!! Every waking hour I put something sweet in my mouth!! It was awful but considering what I ate last Halloween this was nothing and I don't feel too bad because it's not like I do this everyday nor will it kick start something in my body to start doing this everyday - it was halloween. I think the key is not to let this be a trend and I will definitely not. Today is a NEW day and I committed myself to a 2-day liquid diet (protein shakes only) today and tomorrow to cleanse my body of these chocolate sugary carbs I fed it yesterday.
