Well, I finally broke down and had my daughter take some new pictures of me. They aren't the best (I am a horrible picture taker) but I wanted you all to see a face to go along with the name. The before pictures are the only 2 I have but you can get an idea .

hips: started at 65 inches and now at 40 inches
waist: started at 49 inches and now at 34 inches
thighs: started at 34 inches and now at 21 inches
arms: started at 18 inches and now at 12 inches
breast: started at 56 inches and now at 35 inches

Hi sweet Nona. Thanks so much for your kind words. I do have batwings and a hanging tummy and a lot of extra skin on my outer thighs and above my knees - it's just not that bad and it's hard to see on the camera. I guess I thought the skin was worse than it actually is. Exercise has helped with the skin tremendously. What exercise does is build the muscle underneath which takes up some of the extra skin (this is how my surgeon described it) - especially on the arms and legs and abs. Exercise can not get rid of the extra skin entirely but it can certainly help and I guess it did in my case. I still have another 6 weeks of exercise and weight loss before I start my plastic surgery consultations so it will be interesting to see what they say. Maybe the less skin will make the plastic surgery procedures less expensive?? That would be nice, huh? We'll see.
