Food for Friday
Hi there to all my friends
Well let me try to post the food for the day for me
B-1/2 english muffin, 1 slice cheese
L-2oz salami,2 slices melba toast
S- pear
D- I will have a protein drink
S-I don't know yet
Now how am I doing? This is all new to me. Just lately enjoying my meals after all this time being sick.

So far today as been stinky for me on food.
Breakfast- cup of sugar free hot chocolate (was out of protein bars)
Lunch- I was going to have one of those campbell's on the go can of soups and it exploded in the microwave @ work and I had nothing else to eat with me. So I had a jolly rancher...ugh!
Snack-went to my son's fall party today and I had a pretzel rod b/c I was desperate. Then came home and had 2 spoons of chicken spread
Dinner- don't know yet.....gonna eat something good
Today I have rushed rushed rushed !!!!! Glad it is FRIDAY.

I don't think I have done very well today...
B- 16 oz Minute Maid Lite drink
S- 1/2 protein cookie
L - 1 1/2 chicken strips from Wal-Mart (sometimes I hate Wal-Mart)
S- 2 tbs. peanut butter and 4 Ritz crackers
D- don't know just yet
S- either the other half of my protein cookie or a Carbcountdown smoothie

Hi Lorraine. I hope you are doing well! I had such a busy day today, actually a very busy week, no time to play . Here's what I had today:
B: 1 bag of those 100 calorie wheat thin minis (they are pretty good)
L: 1/2 a plan mini bagel, 1 oz of ham and 1/2 oz cheese (a mini sandwich!)
D: 3 oz chicken
I only ate 445 calories today but drank lots of water and worked out for almost 2 hours. Just not hungry.
