Food Talk for Wednesday
Hi there everybody, Would it be too much to ask for you guys to give me an idea of your menu for the day. I stopped snacking and now I can digest regular food much better. I just need an idea of what you guys ate today. Here is my menu:
B- 1 slice raisin toast with s/f jelly
L- chicken salad with 6 crackers
S-apple
D-will have some cold cuts and some melba toast
I will try to get a protein drink in later

Just think before we could of ate that in just one sitting and still be hungry with the size our tummy was.
Here is what I had yesterday.
B-protein bar
L- 1/2 slice light bread with underwood chicken spread
S- 2 mini dill pickles
D- small slice, w/diced chicken and cheese
S- protien bar

Hi there again guys, Thanks for posting the food you guys ate. It helps me when I want to plan menus. You must remember I am just starting to digest food well so this helps me alot. to your help. The chicken spread sounds great, and Nona love those soynuts too. I must try the Wheat Chex also.... thanks again guys.....Lorraine

Well Im a little late gettin in here, but it's only 4 pm here.
So far today I have had:
B- 1 cheese egg and bacon toaster scramble
S- carbwells peanut butter protien bar
L- 3/4 cup pasta salad, bite of my bf's brat and sauerkrat and 5 krinkle fries
s- mini bag of popcorn
d- I do not know yet ???? im too lazy to "cook" tonight

B: protein shake
L: 2 slices of ham (1 ounces)
D: 3 oz of sliced beef with bbq sauce
I just had a Crunch Fun Bar (those really small ones) - BAD ME. But I'm okay with it so long as I don't eat anymore.

PS. I'm only 2 pounds from losing half of my starting weight!! I will then have literally lost "half of me". This is my next goal and I hope that fun size crunch bar won't delay it??
