Maricha, You have done great. We are all human girl. I have stopped eating in between meals and now I am concentrating on eating 3 good meals and a few snacks. Crunchy stuff goes down so easy, but protein and veggies fill you fast. Don't you find that to be true. I am at Goal now and just trying to maintain my weight loss. I am down -110 pds. I started at 245 lbs and now weigh 135 lbs. So this is a hard job also. Get those new clothes. I went to OLD NAVY yesterday and bought some new pants. I can't believe I am wearing a size 8 long and those are getting a bit baggy. This is this size I would like to be no smaller. I am 5ft6 here .... Good work and find your idenity. It is right there in front of you. I go for therapy and it has helped me to find the new "THIN ME" Have a great day....Lorraine

You mentioned earlier you wish you could get new clothes. If you don't mind my asking, why can't you? Is is cost or availability? Either could be helped at Goodwill or Salvation Army stores. Some have some nice things, and you get them for just a few dollars. What size are you? Nona

Nona, Hi there Now that you mention it, I get alot of clothes from garage sales and temple and church bazaars.I got some great sweaters for 25 cents. Last week I went to our weekly thrift shop at the local temple and filled bag fulls for $2.00 I love shopping there. As I lost weight this is how I got alot of my clothes. I needed winter sweaters so off I went. Maricha, good luck in finding clothes. Take care.....Lorraine
