I am NORMAL!!!

At last my BMI is NORMAL! To date I am down -116 pounds and that is so exciting. I am suprised that I have lost more this month like most of us it seems at times nothing is moving off the scale and with in the last 2 weeks I have lost 6 pounds. I am excited to see what I can lose before my 1 year anniversary. Good luck to all my December buddies! Karie -116

AWESOME Karie. You must be so excited! I can't wait to be "normal" weight wise. What a wonderful feeling it must be. I know I cried when I was "just overweight". Oh what a feeling! Keep up the good work and I hope to join you SOON. Are you excited for plastics? I am totally but nervous too. What a journey this has been over the past year, huh?

Oh my gosh! I just looked up my BMI and I am at 24.8!! I'm normal too! I have been a little down in the dumps b/c I am still not part of the century club. I am at -99 pounds!! Granted, I have not been a good WLS patient lately but ugh...I am going to do this! I am just 6 pounds from goal and I need to get my butt in gear! Congratulations on your success!
