Awesome job!!! I had my surgery one day before you! I am down 130 pounds.....I cannot weight to see an updated photo of you!!! Isn't this whole thing amazing.....I know for me I never thought this weightloss was possible, not only are we doing it, we are doing it good!!!! What is your faveorite thing about the weightloss??? What are you doing now that you hadn't been doing before??? You are doing amazing and I am so happy for you!!! Take Care Jesi
Hello Jesi,
It is truly amazing!!!!! I have been doing things I only dreamed of being able to do again. My mobility is miracle in itself. I can walk, dance and go places like the mall. No more motor carts for me!!!! I want to go on a cruise after I get my ps.
Wouldn't it be great if some of use could get together and have a huge party in celebration of our success. Of course that would be after all the nip and tucks....... lol
Hi Sonya CONGRATULATIONS !! You have done very very well. A loss of 174 pounds is so amazing - I thought I was doing good at -166 pounds but you are DOING AWESOME!!. You must be feeling like a million bucks huh? It's been an interesting 10 months with all the changes and everything that comes along with it. I wish you the best. What's your goal? Keep up the great work. You're an inspiration.
Have a great day.

Thank you Kim,
I actually already reached my initial goal and that was to gain my mobility back. Anything after that is icing on my cake..........
oooo did I say cake!!!
I am really nervous about getting ps, it seems to be very painful and expensive!! I will cross that bridge when I get there.....
I plateaued at 275 and I was so afraid that was it for me. I am so glad I got past that point. I would like to be at least under 200 before my nip and tucks....but we shall see.
Sonya
I'm so happy for you Sonya. You are so close to under 200 and I believe that with a lot of hard work and determination (low-calories and exercise) one CAN reach their goal or near it.
Honestly I am very nervous about ps as well. I'm worried about going into surgery again and I'm worried about the scars and that the results won't turn out the way I am envisioning. And yes, the pain! I have absolutely no pain tolerance so that will be just awful for me. The money part stresses me out too but I've saved about $30,000 so far to pay for it in case insurance won't. It's about time I spend some money on ME and if it means less vacations this year and less spending money then I'm willing to sacrifice (not sure if my daughter agrees!). I have my plastic surgery consultations in December with 2 different plastic surgeons. I also have a "goal weight" in mind before I start plastics but I just take one day and one pound at a time, that's all I can do.
Take care, and have a great day.
Kim
