Hi Tracy, I am 228 today down from 365 for a total loss of 137lbs so far. I am wearing 18-20's and XL's. I want to reach 165 so 63 to go. My doc thinks I'll get below 200. My blood pressure is normal, my diabetes is gone. I have soooo much less pain from my arthritis. I'll have hernia surgery Mondy the 18th. I have batwings (big ones) and some skin on my lower tummy, otherwise not too bad skin wise. It may be worse after the hernia's repaired though. That is stretching my upper tummy a lot. Yes I do feel the time is flying by. I worry sometimes that I won't make it to goal but I am deterined to keep trying. Congratulations on your success so far!

My 10 months will be on the 22nd. I started out at 250 lbs and I am 5ft 6 1/2 in tall. I am now at 145 lbs and wearing mostly size 6 with a few size 8. I am so blessed. I do not have the skin issues as bad as I thought I would but I do have some. I am going to go see a plastic surgeon at the end of this month just for a consultation. The skin has gotten better with my exercising. My goal weight is about 140 and the doctor says I am where I need to be with my skin issue. When and if I get the skin removed, I will be at 140 or less so that will be where I want to be. I am very happy now and you would never know about my skin. My clothes hide it very well and I wear form fitting clothes. No more big stuff. I love to look great! Congratulations to all of you on your success! May God continue to bless you all.

my 10 month anniversary was the 11th, I am down from 260 to 135, thats 125 pounds, only 10 more to go. I have gone from a size 26 to an 8 in most clothes, I still buy large shirts because of my lovely extra arm skin, it's realllly bad! I have a hard time with snacking, and I have learned stupidly, I dont dump from sugar so I really have to watch myself, that's always been my downfall. I still try to go mostly sugarfree but I am worried about halloween, with 5 kids there is always tons of candy around. I just need willpower I guess but it's going to be hard. I refuse to gain any weight back so I will just have to be strong. Kelly

Hey Tracy and all the rest of our December friends My 10 month anniversary was 10-8 and I have lost 120lbs I started at 245, size 22-24 and now I am at 125 and a loose 6 For the last 3 weeks I have bounce from 127 to 125, back and forth, ugggh. I am okay not loosing more (my original goal was 140-I'm 5'4") but am very happy here at 125 pre PS and DO NOT want to gain. I am scheduled for a tummy tuck w/lipo and breast lift on March 22nd. Wow, it seems so far away, but this last year has flown by so Im sure March will be here before we know it. Have a great day everyone!!!! Kimberly

Hi everyone! It has been a while since I've posted but I read what y'all say every day! I am doing pretty well but I still have more to go! I have lost 98 pounds...the century club is within reach but keeps running away from me. I am now 10 1/2 months out and have 7 pounds to go to get to goal. It is amazing to me to believe that I have come som far in my journey since last December. I started out at 230 at only 5'1" and I was in 22 but mostly 24s. I am now wearing mostly size 6s but very few 8s. If I had a tummy tuck I would definitely be in size 4s. I just checked my BMI and guess what...I am now 24.9! THAT MEANS THAT I AM NOW NORMAL!!!! Tracy you have done so wonderful ...we all have! I can't to go to the doctor on my one year anniversary...I surely hope to be at 125...that means goal!! ~Rachel

It's 10 days til my 10 month anniversary. Last time I weighed it was 152 and my all time high was 250 so I'm almost a member of the century club. I'm 5'2" so I am still in the overweight on the BMI chart. Won't be long though, and I'll be NORMAL! I don't really have a number goal, I guess I just want to be healthy and feel good. The weight charts say 101 ? to 136 and I'm thinking 115-125 is probably good for me. This was a great question! I love seeing where everyone is at! I wish all the December babies good luck and happy losing! Sincerely, S K

Just saw this loop...I am 10 months out and I have lost 152 lbs. I am within 36 lbs of my goal of 133. My doc says 120 but I'll be happy at 133. I am only 4'11 1/2". I have gone from a 26-28, 3-4X shirt, 8 EEE shoes, 14 undies, 56D bra to: 10-12, Medium, 7 Regular, 7 undies, and 36B. I have lost over 80 inches. I feel great, look great for a 58 year old Grammy (yesterday was my BD). And this year has flown by for me. Have done so many new things this year and planning on doing more before this year is over! I want to go skiing and make a snow angel and sleigh ride with my grandkids. And I will. Blessings to all of you. December 2003 is the year for the most successful stories of them all!
