Look at it this way. At least you have lost something over the last two months and not stayed the same or gained, right?
I try to be very cautious about what I eat, but sometimes I go a little overboard with peanut butter. I do love the stuff. IN any case, I keep the calories below 1200 most of the time, usually around 1100. Someone recently told me to cut back to 800, but I don't know if I can go that low without getting really hungry and that won't do my any good.
