Nona, I have to say excersie is where I lack. I do more toning than excersie. I use that big ball, small dumb bells and I am on the go all day with my 2 boys and my job. I count house work as my daily work out laundry baskets up and down steps, mopping, sweeping etc. Like all of you all I use to be so darn tired to just do one task now I am able to go like the energizer bunny!
Here is what I eat
Breakfast: Post peanut butter granola bar-low carb very good
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Buddy turkey like 3 slices
1 slice of cheese
8 lrg cheese crackers
Snack: Apple and cashew nuts
Dinner: Salad with chicken
Snack: popcorn small cereal bowl

We eat just about the same things/amounts. I exercise all I can, but I don't get home until 6 at night and am usually too tired but I do force myself most nights. I get 45 minutes on the treadmill doing about 3 miles, and just bought a weight set and am going to start toning. Thanks.
