HI to all my December friends, I was just posting a "HI" to all my friends here. I am wondering how is Tracy is doing also. I hope you are ok with the last hurricane. I am fine. My weight is pretty much stablized now and I feel great.Sometimes I have those gasy stomach pains. I think if it becomes intolerable for me I will let the Dr. go in to take a look. Otherwise I hope everyone is OK. Please give me your update and your weight loss information so we can see it... Have a great day...
