soreness that comes and goes

hello all, I have soreness that comes and goes on my right side just under my right rib cage and over to my sterum (think thats whats its called). I have had zero problems and I'm down 165lbs. I dont feel anything when check like hardness. I think its because I sleep on my right side and my fat gets squished at night. anyone else have any knda stuff like this happening to them?

No, not me. If I were you though I would just check with my doctor. It can't hurt to run it by him/her right? Better to be safe than sorry.
