Happy 9 Month Anniversary !!

Happy 9 Month Anniversary to those who had surgery on 12/12 (or any other day in Dec for that matter). I'm pleased to say that I am down 149 pounds since surgery and weighed in this morning at 198! Wishing all a successful weight loss month.

I am at "GOAL" I have lost 105 pds. I started at 245 lbs and now I am weighing 140 lbs. Life is great now. Keep on your happy journey and keep .....Lorraine

Hi Lorraine. Happy early anniversary to you! Congratulations on reaching goal so soon, that is awesome. 105 pounds is great, and to already be at goal must be an amazing feeling. Only 48 more pounds and I'll get there (48 pounds sounds like a dream compared to the 197 pounds I started at!). Life is great now, huh? I never imagined being so happy and so active. Thanks Allison. Happy anniversary to you too. So different a year ago for sure. Life is just great now. I can't believe it. I feel wonderful even though I'm still obese according to the BMI table. I strut around like I'm some Barbie doll! It's all due to the huge increase in self confidence that I haven't had for many many years. Tomorrow my daughter starts school and I remember last year I was so embarrassed to take her - this year totally different! I can't wait! Thanks again and keep up the good work.
