No More Scale For Me
Hi everyone.
I've decided to put away the scale for a while. I'm using something else to track things. A while back, a friend gave me three pair of size 14 jeans. Well, I couldn't get them on, needless to say. This morning, only by laying on the bed, mind you, I put one of the pair on, and zipped and buttoned them and was able to stand up. Tighter than all get out, and no way could I wear them for any lenght of time, but they were on. So I am getting smaller, even though my weight is the same. Most of the 5lbs are gone, so I guess they were water or whatever. I am going to try the Plateau Buster diet for 10 days and see what happens. If nothing, then I will know my body is where it needs to be and won't go any further. I feel better than I have in a long time and that's worth celebrating.

Nona....I wish I could get rid of the scales. I am on those scales 3 times a time-morning-noon an night...no kidding. I am please were I am at and you do loose inches and not weight. I was in a size 10 and now down to a size 8 so you do shrink in inches. Keep the faith girl you are doing great!

I have been battling 4-5 pounds too......up a couple down a couple, it is driving me batty!!! I know what I need to do, but when I get on the scale in the morning and it still doesn't say the right number, it kinda depresses me and starts me off wrong......two mornings ago, my scale started to flash "low" hence the batterie is dead! So for two mornings I haven't been able to weigh and I am doing much better, who knows when I do replace the batteries it might be a nice surprise! Of course I don't have the willpower to not step on the scale, but when the battery goes out, it is easy not to buy another.....hehe!! Take Care Jesi
