My 9 MONTH CHECKUP TOMORROW

Hi there guys, I am sorry I have not posted too much. I have been so busy. Tomorrow is my 9 month checkup. I am kind of happy to see my DR, I have a crush on him .I am down 105 pds. I now have a BMI of 22.6. I started at 245 lbs and now I am weighing 140lbs. I don't know how much more I can lose. I will just go with the flow. Anyway guys have a great day. Good Morning Lorraine CONGRATULATIONS on your loss you have done soooo well and should be soooo proud I don't get to see my DR till December. I agree with the "crush" thing. Mine is a cutie, a year younger than me, and a genuine nice person. He even went to high school with DH! I have often thought I'd try to find a nice "thank you" gift for him, but have no idea what it might be. Enjoy your appt. I am sure your DR will be pleased with your progress. Hi there Kimberly, You know what? I think that is a great idea... A gift. What would I give him I will get him something when I go for my 1 year check-up. I will ask his right hand lady what to get him. I am sure she knows. I don't think I have lost too much since the 6 month check-up,but that is OK. Thanks for responding to my post. Lorraine, Good luck with your Hottie--eer, I mean your check-up tomorrow. Hope all goes well. Keep us posted. I don't have my check-up until Oct.7th and it's supposed to be my 6 mos. check-up....boy, did Kaiser screw up!! I've only had my 2 week follow-up and my 3 mos. follow-up at this point, and I'll be 9 mos. out tomorrow. I feel jipped. I still get these bad dizzy spells too. I hope you check-out tip-top. I'm sure you will you've done a great job!! Take care
