Hello all, Just thought that I take a minute between hurricanes (# 3 is on it's way) and post my news. I am now at a weight I have not been sice high school AND I finally weigh less than my husband. Which is saying alot...you guys think I am short at 4' 11"...Well, my husband is only 5' 3" so he isn't much taller than I am. He has ALWAYS, as long as I have known him (27 years) been thinner than me and I finally weigh less! YAY! I now have 32 more pounds to goal and I can't wait! I have been getting ready for this years Oktoberfest that I go to every year, my "before" photo is from last years. This year I am making Dirndls for my daughter and I so we will be all dressed up in full style! It should prove to be fun! Well guys, wish us luck on yet another hurricane that seems to be headed our way. Poor Florida! They say that the flap of a butterflies wing can cause a tornado 2000 miles away.... so, Maybe we need to set up a time for ALL Floridians to face to the south/east and BLOW as hard as we can to get this storm to go in another direction. Might work! Tracy

Hey there Tracy I am glad to hear that you are still hanging in there and have not blown away in the hurricanes Your doing so well with your loss that I would caution you to hold on tight so that you really don't blow away in a gust I too have a "little guy" for a husband. He is Korean and all of 5'7" and 143lbs. Eats like a cow and never gains an oz. Pre-op my hope was to be able to wear a pair of his boxers and a tank top to sleep in. AND I DO Congratulations on being smaller than DH. It's Awesome, huh? Have fun at Oktoberfest. Oh, and I almost forgot-LOVE- your new hair cut!!!! Kimberly 245/130/??

What a fun milestone being lighter than your DH. My hubby is a thin guy he has been told his entire life he is too skinny. Well, according to his BMI he is perfect...I told him it's b/c the rest of the world is too fat.. ANyway, I can wear his sweats and pj pants now and shirts and he is 5"7 130 pounds and he too eats like a COW! He is slim and trim no matter what he eats. He can even carry me now....something we never would of even attempted prior to WLS!!! LOL Little things like this tickle me and I can see they do the rest of us too! Karie -107 pounds

Hello, Wow, more little husbands out there, than I thought! I have tried on a couple of my husbands things and actually got them on! Would have never gotten them up one thigh before surgery! My husband too is carrying me around and (as I put it) man handling me! I love it! It's so nice being small enough that anyone can just heft me up now or sit on a lap without crushing them! Aren't we just the coolest now?!

My DH is a big guy, over 6' and 270lbs. He calls me a 'lightweight' now. He loves the way I look and the fact I can fit into his lap without putting his legs asleep. Nona

You all are so funny. It is funny that you bring up being picked up. Last week I was in Florida and this guy (a friend) who is small went to pick me up. Screeech I put on the breaks. I got real nervous and felt like I was way to heavy. I didn't want the emabarrassment of him straining to pick me up. It was just yesterday that I was walking out the door at work to my car and I was thinking about it and thought I am 130 lbs now "I am not the same big person anymore." I guess it takes a while to lose that fat person. On another note at the same time I realized that my bf weighs 110 lbs more than I do. Can I tell you that hs weight really bothers me now. I know it is not right but I think it is the whole situation and the weight is just something to add to it.
