Near tears
Oh Nona,
How frustrating..I was on a plateau for weeks and got my body back in losing mode by adhereing to the following diet-

and upping my walking and drinking a TON of water- upwards of a 1/2 gallon, water was my only beverage for 3 days and boom, the weight started coming off...
Good luck and focus on how far you've come so far- good luck girlfriend..

I wish I could do more than send you a big hug. It sounds to me like you are doing the right things, just make sure you're getting in your water. Just a thought, how are the bowels? That would be a lot of weight to be carrying around in them, but it's possible. Lots of water would help with that, too.

Hi Nona! Don't fret it will come off and then it might come back on. I've been battling the same 5 pounds (up and down) for about 2 months now. Just don't starve yourself because then your body will definately hold onto the pounds. Just relax and don't panic, know that you are doing the right things.
