Yummy Protien Bar.....

Good Morning my December Friends I have found a yummy protien bar that I thought I'd share. They are made my GeniSoy, called low carb crunch and very filling Each bar is 1.58oz, 150-160 calories, 2 net carbs, 15g protien and 19 vitamins and minerals. They come in Peanutbutter, raspberry, choc chip, lemon and chocolate. They are pricey, about $1 each, but worth it for a treat. One on an empty tummy and I am stuffed. Where'd you find them? I pay nearly 2 a piece for Atkins at Wal-Mart.

Good Morning Nona I found them at my local grocery store (Winco) in the "diet foods" section. I also found them on line at several sites. Google for GeniSoy and it will give you several selections. I had hoped they would be cheaper on line, but with shipping I found them to be the same price as local. Kimberly

Hi Nona.....try the peanutbutter and the raspberry. The chocolate was good too, but in my past life I LOVED chocolate and the "fake" stuff just isnt as good I have a lemon and choc chip in the cupboard, I'll let you know how they are. Kimberly

Hi Kim, I bought a box of the peanut butter. They are good, but after eating it I was speeding like a nut and didn't feel quite right. Then I read the ingredients: 22grams of sugar. No wonder. I never eat more than 15. Just thought I should mention that in case anyone else has a hard time with sugar. Nona
