October event volunteers needed

Hello Everyone. I have been sooo very busy these past few weeks. The week of Aug 9th was at Yosemite for a week, the following week back to work, then the week of Aug 23rd road trip to Colorado to look at land then to Yellowstone for a few days then home. 2000 plus miles driven in 7 days with a wife, niece and 2 nephews in the suburban. Now it's back at work and getting ready for a Chicago trip in September. Busy.....Yes very busy. I have been asked and I have accepted the challenge of coordinating the volunteers for the October event in Universal city. So I desperately need your help to make this a top notch spectacular event. We need about 50 volunteers total. Areas include: registration help 10 volunteers needed. Decorations: 6 volunteers needed. Break out sessions: 12 volunteers needed. Stage assistants: 3 Volunteers needed New you area: 3 volunteers Fashion show: 10 volunteers Go fors: 6 volunteers Paparazzi: 10 to 20 with digital cameras Please, if you can help in any of these areas e-mail me.
