Dad's update..

Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. My dad is now home. Everything seems great. After I was explained about what happen during the surgery I felt so much better. What happen was his appendix move to where his gall bladder use to be the Surgeon felt he should take it out incase God forbid they would have to go in again it would be easier to locate things in the correct place. The only reason they kept him one extra day is to make sure everything was ok. And well IT is... I think I just got emotionally wraped. So thank you everyone. Maricha

Maricha, I am so glad to hear that you father is home and resting. I can imagine how afraid your were with him having to stay an extra day but like you said....everything has turned out for the best. He got an extra day of care with all those nurses! I'll still be thinking about you and your family! ~Rachel

Maricha, I am glad everything went well. I said a prayer for him and also for you to get through this and to be strong. It is very normal to get emotionally wrapped up when it comes to your family. I am glad Dad is home now.I am sure he had the best drs. Take care...Lorraine

Glad your dad's doing better. Did he have a gastric bypass too?
