Severely Obese!

And thats a good thing for me. BMI is now 39.9 down from 61 and Super Obese. I'm slowly working my way down to........being just overweight with a BMI of 25.8....thats my goal. If or when I make it, I will have lost 260 pounds. Just 104 more pounds to go!!! Darrol 6' 450/294/190

I went to Yosemite last week. Laura's Father has been ill so Laura could not go with. I did a lot of hiking but did not do the half dome hike. I did not want to be up there by myself and develop a problem and have no one to turn to to help me. We are going to attempt it next year, late may or early June. Darrol

Wow Darrol. You have done so incredibly well so far, congratulations. You WILL make it to your goal, I just know it. Just take one day at a time - you have certainly been doing it right for the past 8 months so keep it up. Congrats again.
