Any coffee drinkers ??
I love coffee. I drink one regular cup in the morning, and if I want more later, I have decaff. (The reason I have the regular in the morning is that my daughter wakes up earlier then anyone with her baby and makes that coffee and I just cannot throw away a whole pot to make my decaff) I never had a latte, but when I read about them it sure sounds good. No coffee shops around me.
You could always do a trial thing...less lattes for a week and see. Maybe it is just another adjustment your body is making before it loses more.

I drink regualr coffee with sweetend creamer every morning....it is the only time I drink caffeine......I have been drinking it s long it doesn't affect me! If I don't drink it, I don't poo Anyways there are a lot of ways to still enjoy coffee.....have your latte....have them make it skim with sugar free vanilla or something......at home do the same....you can buy sugar free coffee syrups, or even coffeemate has carb ones! I tend to just buy the regualr vanilla or caramel.....they only have like 5 grams of sugar and less calories then the low carb ones! I enjoy my coffee, and I told my surgeon I would be drinking it....he didn't seem to have a problem with it! Take Care Jesi

I'm with everyone else. I gave up my coffee with french vanilla cream for the first 4 months and dove back in slowly and I'm fine now. I drink regular and if I want another later, I'll do decaf. The creamer doesn't seem to bother me. I've used the fat free, low carb, and regular. I'm down 140 lbs (yeah!).
As for if its affecting your loss- here's something to think about. I normally go to the YMCA 3-4 nights a week and do 45 min of water aerobics. The other days I walk 4 miles a day. For the last 2 weeks I haven't exercised- one week my back was hurting for some reason and this past week I've had a killer sinus infection. I've dropped 10 lbs in 2 weeks. The 2 previous weeks doing all my exercise I only lost 2 lbs. So, I've given up figuring out our bodies Just go with the flow I guess Maybe I gave my body a shock and a rest because I was on some ugly plateau's for almost 2 months.
Anyway, as someone else mentioned, maybe stop or cut back for a week or so and maybe that will do the trick!

I am sitting right here this morning drinking my coffee! I ususally get a Latte with whipped skim milk and add splenda or I have an AuLait with whipped skim and splenda. I used to only drink decaf and now I drink the regular. Usually one 16 oz. cup in the morning and one 16 oz. cup in the afternoon. It has not affected my weight loss at all. I am now 8 months out and have lost 125 pounds. So no need to give up our precious coffee!
