Leg cramps

Hi folks. Got a question: Does anyone here exercise in the evening and end up with leg cramps all night? I have started jogging...Yep, jogging. Me. Someone who couldn't walk around the block a year ago is now jogging half a mile without stopping. I also walk for a mile and half with the jogging, splitting the walking up before and after the jogging. Anyway, if I go jogging at night, either outside or on my 'mill, I am up most of the night with leg cramps. I don't get them if I jog mornings or afternoons, just evenings. I drink tons after a workout, about 2 quarts withing half an hour, and stretch out each time. Anyone else have this or a similar problem? And what do you do for it? They keep me up most of the night so the next day I'm exhausted. I've taken to not jogging during the week, just some strength training, but that's slowing down the weight loss...again. I'm at a crawl now, just a pound or so a week and don't want to go any slower or worse, stop again. Nona

It was Slippery Elm Bark. It is the same stuff in my Smooth Move tea I take. That works ok, just tastes terrible. At least its natural and not a chemical like MOM. Nona
