Guilty Pleasures
I had one french fry and one Gertrude Hawk Strawberry Smidgen, on two separate occasions. But when I chewed them they tasted so terrible, I spit them out. So the worst I chewed AND swallowed has been.....popcorn and sugar free fudgesicles. Just a handful of the popcorn and the ice cream just one a day for three different days. Tasted so good, and I felt so guilty after, because they tasted so good. (But I still ate them)

I eat peanut butter crackers all the time, popcorn, tried sugar free jelly beans but got sick, but my one guilty pleasure is sugar free chocolate wafers.... love them.
I do eat the occasional one or two french fries and the taco bell nacho supreme but only because my choices are very limited at school. Gotta eat what I can or nothing.

I don't eat any sugar but I have been known to I put a bit (sometimes bigger bits than others) of Blue Bunny Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream in a bowl and top it with some almost flat sugar free Root Beer. It makes a YUMMY Root Beer Float.
I put it in a bowl because the foam disappears faster than in a mug and then just eat it with a spoon.
But I guess I am stupid or something because I don't understand why (if you get all your protein in during the day and haven't had a lot of calories that a sugar free ice cream with 90 calories should cause guilt?

Ha...unfortuantely I have you all beat!
I have had popcorn (at least it was air popped w/lite butter). I have had sf popsicles...and those darn cabs (from sunchips) are just evil for me but they taste so darn good! I even had a small slither of birthday cake from my son's 4th birthday earlier this month. I have to stay away from some of those things if i want to lose those last 17 pounds. Maybe if I stopped eating that junk...the 17 pounds would come off easier. Unfortunately, I have never been one to do things the easy way. Oh well!

I eat anything.....just not that much BUT I refuse to give into the DONUT monster!
Otherwise I have had slivers of chocolate cake and various desserts, parts of cookies, diet cola (can't even drink a whole one...don't like the taste that much anymore
Fried foods....french fries....--but only a few
I eat what I like/want in moderation but WON'T give in to the donut monster until goal in about 35-40 lbs!!!
I think there were like 60 donuts within 10 feet of my cube this morning ....2 sets of people brought them in...it was EVIL! I know I wouldn't even eat a whole one for fear of the sugar. Haven't dumped yet and I have probably gone up to 20 grams of sugar at a meal.
I eat a bite of my hubby's reese peanut butter cup, ice cream, bite sized chocolates.
I just make sure I keep my overall calories down and get in my protein.
SO I feel NO GUILT at all!
I'm with Shannon - I'll have a bite of anything I want, and that satisfies me. I don't feel at all guilty about a small forkful of pie, or a couple of french fries. And I certainly wouldn't even think of feeling guilty about eating a little bit of anything low-fat and sugar free, no matter what they call it (cookies, ice-cream...)
If I had to come up with a "worst" item, it would be that 1/4 piece of carrot cake from Starbucks. I had it while waiting for dh to pick me up after I finished a 10k walk. I dumped so bad, I thought they were going to have to call me an ambulance. The good news...I can't even think about carrot cake without feeling a bit queasy.

Well...I had strawberry pie made with sugar free strawberry jello, real strawberries and cool whip. It was SOOOO good, and at the time I ate it I didn't feel guilty, however, when I went to make it again, I looked at the calories of the cool whip and almost fainted =P I didn't let myself have any once I saw that. Sometimes, ingnorance is bliss.
Okay, you guys are making me crave peach cobbler (I've wanted some for months but have kept away...). I bought a bag of Splenda (way too expensive, but one time will be okay) and plan on making my mom's recipe tonight. It's called Cupacupacupa
1c. sugar/Splenda
1c. flour
1c. milk or lactose free milk
peaches or blackberries
Voila! Presto! Bake for thirty minutes and its the best darn thing money can buy!!! Mmmmm
Now I am feeling guilty, but the good thing is I know I will only be able to eat like one or two small bites.
Sorry, had to share.
